These Homemade Pizza Sticks are the ultimate comfort food—cheesy, garlicky, and irresistibly dippable! Perfect for parties, game days, or an easy family dinner, they come together quickly with minimal ingredients. Made with pizza dough, melty mozzarella, and a touch of Italian seasoning, these golden-brown sticks are everything you love about pizza in a handheld form.

  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

  • Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.

  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over one half of the dough.

  4. Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese and press the edges to seal.

  5. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice into 1-inch wide strips.

  6. Twist each strip gently and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  9. Remove from oven and immediately brush with melted butter for extra flavor.

  10. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

You can add pepperoni slices or sautéed veggies inside for extra flavor.

For a spicier kick, sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes on top before baking.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
