Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over one half of the dough.

Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese and press the edges to seal.
